• Course Duration: 6 weeks or 45 days.

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.

• Minimum Qualification: Matriculation,

• Fee Structure as low as: Rs. 15,000.00

• Certification: Will be provided by The Fort Foundation

• Training Schedule: Theory, Practical and hands on Training

• Stipend: Stipend to all students under “Earn While You Learn” Vision

• Job Assistance: 100 % Job assistance will be provided to candidates on successful completion of the course.

The Institute  is equipped with an unparallel infrastructure, be it the running 30-rooms heritage hotel for the students’ on-the-job training experience, training kitchen, training restaurant, training housekeeping Labs etc, along with practical training in our Labs we give an opportunity to our students to get life like experience in various departments in the hotel during evening hours, thus giving our students a cutting edge to cope up with competition in the job market, as we believe in the concept of “Earn While You Lean”

Practical Training Classes:

The practical training classes for F&B Service are organized both in our training restaurant speciality restaurant “Ravayat”, multi cuisine restaurant “Dastarkhan”, conference hall “Darbar Hall” , our banquet hall, kitty hall and Farm House “Sairgah”.

Practical classes for Housekeeping take place in our guest rooms, where the students are given an opportunity to service occupied guest rooms, make check-out rooms and also provide “turn Down Service” to the occupied guest rooms.

Earn While You Learn :

Under this vision  training opportunity is given to the students who have completed about 20 days of training under the module. The students are deputed in various parties and functions so that they can get hands on training  that will not only give them practical life3 like working experience , but also an opportunity to earn stipend during the training period itself.     .
